Walk-ins are always welcome during our opening hours, but we strongly recommend booking a consultation in advance — especially for bespoke commissions or engagement ring viewings — so we can dedicate our full time and attention to you.
How long does a bespoke commission take?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece, stone sourcing and our current workload. As a general guide, bespoke pieces take between 4–8 weeks from design sign-off. We always discuss timelines clearly at your initial consultation.
Do you offer valuations for existing jewellery?
Yes — we offer jewellery valuation services for insurance, resale or estate purposes. Please contact us to arrange an appointment and bring the relevant pieces along to your visit.
Can I source my own diamond and have you set it?
Absolutely. We work with clients who bring their own certified stones and commission us to craft a bespoke setting. We'll assess the stone at consultation and guide you through the design process from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via fully insured, tracked specialist couriers. International delivery costs and timelines will be confirmed at point of order. Please contact us directly for international enquiries.
