Delivery and Shipping
Luxury DeCraft London offers free worldwide delivery on all fine jewelry orders, with replicas limited to UK delivery. Standard delivery takes 3-4 weeks for fine jewelry and 1-4 days for replicas, although expedited shipping options may be available for urgent orders with prior discussion. Items are packaged in a luxury case and shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK deliveries and FedEx for global deliveries, both fully insured until they reach the customer's doorstep.
Returns and Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, provided it's unworn and undamaged, with all original certificates and paperwork.
Bespoke, personalized, or engraved items are excluded from returns unless faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 28 days of return. If you've lost a GIA certificate,
a £450 fee will be deducted to replace it. In rare cases of damage or defects upon delivery,
